Returns & Exchanges
“Return” is defined as the action of giving back an item purchased by the customer (you) to the Company’s website.
The following situations may result in a return/replacement being requested:
- Item was defective
- Item was tapered with or damaged during shipping
- Wrong item sent to you
- Item not delivered
- Wrong size
Conditions for Return:
- Returns must be initiated within 2 days of delivery of goods at the delivered address.
- The product must be in its unused original condition, with original tags still on, and in the original packaging (to the extent possible). Any signs of usage will be rejected for returns.
- For items that are not exchangeable, the Company accepts returns based on store credits to the same designer you had made the order to.
- Shipping charges for Returned items will be borne by you.
The Return Process
- Please send an email to our Customer Support Team: email@example.com for all return requests. Return requests email should include an image of the return item and order reference no. Our Customer Support team will first assess the return request and if the request is approved, a Return Request Form will be issued to you with the return address for the shipment.
- You will receive the returned item within 10 working days from the date the package has been obtained.
We do not cover any shipping costs for returns or exchanges. We recommend using a mode of shipping that is trackable on your end as we will not be liable for any lost or damaged packages.
We will not be liable for any returns that we were not notified first.
